1. Service Overview

Minecraft Translation Center is a community platform for sharing translations (localization files) of Minecraft modpacks and maps. Users can upload translation files and download translations shared by other users.

The Service is provided free of charge and is funded through advertising.

2. Accounts and Authentication

Uploading translations requires logging in via Discord. Downloading translations and writing reviews are available without logging in.

Users are responsible for their account security and may not transfer or share their account with others.

3. Content Policy

Uploaded translation files must meet the following conditions:

• Must be translation files for Minecraft modpacks or maps.
• Must not contain malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content.
• Must not contain copyrighted content (original mod files, game files, etc.).
• Must not contain illegal or inappropriate content.

Administrators may remove content that does not meet these conditions without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

Copyright for uploaded translation files belongs to the user who created the translation. The Service has the right to use translation files to the extent necessary for distribution.

Copyright for original content such as Minecraft, modpacks, and maps belongs to their respective creators. The Service only handles translation files and does not distribute original content.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Interfering with normal service operation
• Unauthorized use of other users' accounts
• Uploading malicious files
• Unauthorized commercial use of the Service
• Using automated means to collect content in bulk

6. Disclaimer

The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or completeness of user-uploaded translations. The Service is not responsible for problems arising from the use of translation files (game errors, data loss, etc.).

The Service is not responsible for service interruptions due to technical issues or server failures.

7. Service Changes and Termination

The Service may change or discontinue all or part of the service as operationally necessary. Important changes will be announced through in-service notifications or the Discord server.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be changed as needed. Changed terms take effect from the time they are posted on the Service. Important changes will be announced in advance.
